OREK TEMPEH
Protein rich dish, a must have in your healthy diet.
Ingredients
- 200g Tempeh, diced
- 30g Kikkoman Oriental Soy Sauce
- 20g Shallot, sliced
- 12g Garlic, sliced
- 10g Red Chili
- 22g Kikkoman Sweet Sauce
- 8g Kikkoman Oyster Flavored Sauce
- 24g Galangal, sliced
- 3g Chicken powder
- 50g Water
- 5g Sugar
Steps
- Marinate Tempeh with Kikkoman Oriental Soy Sauce.
- Deep fry the Tempeh.
- Sautee the shallot, garlic and galangal.
- Add the rest of ingredients.
- Add the Kikkoman Sweet Sauce and Kikkoman Oyster Flavored Sauce and stir fry for a while.
- Plate and serve.
