Protein rich dish, a must have in your healthy diet.


  • 200g Tempeh, diced
  • 30g Kikkoman Oriental Soy Sauce
  • 20g Shallot, sliced
  • 12g Garlic, sliced
  • 10g Red Chili
  • 22g Kikkoman Sweet Sauce
  • 8g Kikkoman Oyster Flavored Sauce
  • 24g Galangal, sliced
  • 3g Chicken powder
  • 50g Water
  • 5g Sugar


  1. Marinate Tempeh with Kikkoman Oriental Soy Sauce.
  2. Deep fry the Tempeh.
  3. Sautee the shallot, garlic and galangal.
  4. Add the rest of ingredients.
  5. Add the Kikkoman Sweet Sauce and Kikkoman Oyster Flavored Sauce and stir fry for a while.
  6. Plate and serve.
